喷漆 属于颜色或光学处理。SLS、MJF 尼龙适合染色；树脂可喷漆、底漆、霜面和清漆；铝和其他金属可阳极氧化、电镀或电泳。报价器只在材料允许时提供 喷漆。

Q: 喷漆 的颜色怎么指定？

在报价备注中写 Pantone 或 RAL，或上传色卡。喷漆 覆盖可到达的外表面；深腔和接触面可能留白，除非要求全覆盖。

Q: 报价里怎么加 喷漆？

上传 CAD，选择打印工艺和材料，再打开 喷漆。价格和交期在同一订单更新。若自动报价无法添加，请申请人工报价并注明配合或色号。

喷漆在 CNC 机加之后做什么

喷漆是 AIHFABS 的 CNC 后处理。铣或车之后再做，毛坯更接近能装的零件，而不只是机加面。上传文件前先看喷漆是否对上颜色、耐磨或装配。

CNC 件喷漆：喷砂或底漆后按 Pantone 上色，盖刀纹。壳体、支架用枪喷均匀膜。颜色跟铣削同一张工单，不用再找第二家。

后处理和机加同一张报价。结账时选喷漆，看价格和交期，机加加后处理一张单，不用把裸坯再送第二家。

CNC 件为什么点喷漆

外观

喷漆能盖刀纹、匀颜色，或给壳体、支架、样品留一层均匀皮。

性能

按工艺不同，喷漆可能提高耐磨、耐蚀或手感，让机加件经得起搬运和装机。

更接近能装

喷漆和铣、车同一张工艺卡时，零件到货更接近能装——颜色、涂层或螺纹已经在上面。

适用材料和设计注意

喷漆多用于金属，部分塑料 CNC 也能做。合不合要看合金、壁厚，以及槽、砂或丝锥够不够得到。深腔、薄壁、基准面可能要复核。自动报价套不上喷漆时，走人工报价。
