Treat production and transit as separate stages. Manufacturing depends on process, material, quantity, geometry and finishing; transit starts after dispatch. For a fixed event or assembly date, tell the team your required arrival date and allow for inspection, packing and possible customs delays. Use the quote and order confirmation for the schedule applicable to your parts; general time ranges are estimates, not an arrival guarantee.
Provide the destination country, postal code, delivery address and quantity, together with the part size and any packaging needs. A large lightweight model and a compact metal part can have different packed dimensions and transport requirements. Ask for the delivery options and costs applicable to that destination before confirming the order.
For an international shipment, confirm the delivery terms, who is responsible for import charges and what recipient or importer information is required. Requirements vary with the destination and shipment. Keep the commercial description, quantity and recipient details accurate, and ask the team about any open documentation questions before dispatch.
Keep the order reference, recipient details and any carrier tracking reference together. If an update is unclear, provide the latest tracking status and your required delivery date when contacting support. A carrier scan records shipment progress; it does not replace the confirmed production schedule or establish an exact arrival time.
