Traditional subtractive stock: aluminum, stainless, carbon steel, brass, copper, and titanium, plus hardwood, MDF, plywood, and engineering plastics.
Routing covers wood and acrylic sheet; milling and turning cover metals and plastics such as POM and polycarbonate. Call out grain, finish, and critical tolerances on the drawing.
CNC materials are wrought plate, bar, and sheet — not metal powder. The machine removes stock to the model, so you inherit mill properties, grain, and finishes such as anodize or plate.

CNC mill / turn plate and bar
The workhorse CNC aluminum for brackets, plates, housings, and general-purpose machined parts. Easy to mill, anodize, and tap.
High-strength aerospace aluminum
Higher strength than 6061 for aerospace fittings, jigs, and load-bearing CNC parts. Slightly slower to machine; anodize well.
General-purpose stainless stock
Corrosion-resistant CNC stainless for food equipment, enclosures, shafts, and hardware that will see moisture.
Marine-grade stainless
Molybdenum-bearing stainless for marine, chemical, and medical-adjacent CNC parts that need extra corrosion resistance versus 304.
Traditional mild and medium carbon steel
Economical CNC steel for fixtures, shafts, plates, and weldments. Heat-treat 1045 when hardness matters; coat or plate for corrosion.
Free-machining brass
Excellent chip control for fittings, bushings, knobs, and decorative CNC parts. Easy to polish and plate.
High-conductivity copper
Thermal and electrical conductivity for heat sinks, bus bars, and RF hardware. Softer than brass — toolpaths are tuned to avoid smear.
CNC mill titanium billet
Wrought titanium for aerospace, medical, and high-strength light parts. Different from SLM powder — this is traditional mill stock.
Oak, walnut, beech, and similar mill stock
CNC routed furniture parts, jigs, display pieces, and architectural details. Grain direction and moisture content are called out on the quote.
Medium-density fiberboard
Stable, inexpensive sheet stock for cabinets, signage cores, molds, and painted CNC profiles. Sealed edges recommended.
Multi-ply structural sheet
Strong nested CNC parts for furniture, crates, fixtures, and large-format panels. Specify face grade and thickness with the RFQ.
Transparent CNC sheet and block
Optical-clarity covers, light pipes, display windows, and signage letters. Flame-polished or machined edges on request. Distinct from SLA clear resin.
Opaque, tinted, and matte PMMA sheet
Brand-color logos, light-box faces, and privacy panels. Same routing workflow as clear acrylic with color-matched stock.
Engineering plastic for CNC
Low-friction gears, bushings, and precision plastic CNC parts that need dimensional stability without metal.
Impact-resistant engineering sheet
Guards, covers, and machine windows that need toughness beyond acrylic. Can be left clear or tinted.
