01 — Website

Using the AIHFABS website

Welcome to www.aihfabs.com, the official website of AIHFABS (“AIHFABS”, “we”, or “us”). These Terms of Use govern visitors and registered members of the AIHFABS community. Registration and personal data are handled under the AIHFABS Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

By using this website you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any extra terms that apply to a specific page or AIHFABS product. Opening the site in any way — including automated access — is use of the site and acceptance of these Terms. You also consent to AIHFABS and its affiliates collecting, storing, processing, and using information as described in the Privacy Policy.

AIHFABS may revise these Terms and will update the “Last updated” date when it does. Continued use after a change is posted means you accept the new Terms. AIHFABS may deny access to anyone who breaks these Terms, interferes with other visitors, or infringes others’ rights.

02 — Eligibility

Who may use AIHFABS

By using this website you confirm you are 18 or older. Children under 18 may not visit the site or submit photos or other material. If your local law sets a higher age for sharing personal data, you also confirm that using AIHFABS and our use of that data under the Privacy Policy does not break that law.

03 — Content

AIHFABS content and your limited license

The website — layout, photos, drawings, catalogs, ads, video, sound, URLs, trademarks, logos, and trade secrets — is owned by AIHFABS or licensed to AIHFABS. Using the site does not give you ownership or a license to reproduce AIHFABS intellectual property, except as stated here.

You may, from time to time, download or print brochures and catalogs to select and purchase AIHFABS services, if you keep every copyright and trademark notice. You may not copy, upload, sell, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from AIHFABS content unless AIHFABS or the owner has authorized it in writing.

You may link to the AIHFABS homepage if the link does not imply that AIHFABS sponsors or endorses you. Do not frame, inline-link, or deep-link AIHFABS pages, or reuse AIHFABS material on another site, without prior written permission.

04 — Community

Posts, feedback, and community rules

If AIHFABS offers forums, reviews, blogs, or similar features, you are responsible for what you post. Files you send AIHFABS to buy manufacturing are not “user-generated content” under these website Terms — those files are handled under the AIHFABS Customer Service Agreement.

When you use community features you confirm that you own the material (or have consent), that anyone pictured has agreed, that you are 18 or older, and that the post will not injure another person. You will indemnify AIHFABS for claims that arise from content posted with your account.

AIHFABS does not have to monitor posts, but may screen, edit, move, or refuse anything that breaks these Terms. AIHFABS may keep or disclose posts when the law requires it, or when needed to enforce these Terms, answer IP claims, or protect AIHFABS, its users, or the public.

Feedback you send AIHFABS

AIHFABS welcomes comments, but does not claim ownership of your submission — only the license you grant. By sending feedback you warrant you can grant AIHFABS a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use it. Once submitted, it is not confidential. AIHFABS does not have to use it or pay you for it. Other users receive a license to view that content as the site allows.

Community rules

Do not use the AIHFABS website to:

• block or harass other users, impersonate anyone, or attack AIHFABS servers;
• post illegal, abusive, obscene, or infringing material, or content with malware;
• advertise, spam, scrape personal data, or harvest emails for marketing;
• flood the site or use robots and scrapers, except search engines and public archives that follow these Terms.

AIHFABS may suspend the site or any feature at any time, without notice or liability. All rights not expressly granted stay with AIHFABS and its licensors.

05 — Orders

When you order from AIHFABS

Extra terms apply to some pages and tools. To order manufacturing from AIHFABS you must open an account and accept the AIHFABS Customer Service Agreement. That Agreement governs the Services. If it conflicts with these website Terms, the Service Agreement controls.

06 — Third parties

Links and other sites

The AIHFABS website may link to sites AIHFABS does not operate. Those links are a convenience only. AIHFABS does not endorse or control their content. Third-party ads or news may have their own terms. You are responsible for protecting your devices from malware on those sites.

You agree to follow applicable law when using the site, including tax and export rules. AIHFABS may report wrongdoing and may access, keep, or disclose account data when required by law or when reasonably needed to enforce these Terms, answer customer service, or protect AIHFABS and the public.

07 — Copyright

Copyright complaints

AIHFABS respects others’ intellectual property and responds to alleged copyright violations under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe user content on the AIHFABS website infringes your copyright, send a written notice to the AIHFABS intellectual-property contact with:

1. your physical or electronic signature (or that of an authorized agent);
2. identification of the copyrighted work, and of the material you want removed, with enough detail for AIHFABS to find it;
3. your address, phone, and email;
4. a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized; and
5. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner.

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice with your signature, a description of the removed material and its former location, a good-faith statement that the removal was a mistake, and your contact details, including consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and agreement to accept service from the original complainant. AIHFABS may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action.

Send DMCA notices by email to support@aihfabs.com or by mail to AIHFABS Limited, Room 2502C, 25/F, 148 Electric Road, North Point, Hong Kong. Incomplete notices may be ignored. Knowingly false claims can create liability. AIHFABS may terminate repeat infringers.

08 — Ideas

Unsolicited ideas

AIHFABS employs people to develop new ideas and does not accept unsolicited product or service concepts. Do not send them. Anything you still send is treated as non-confidential user content and licensed to AIHFABS as above — even if you mark it “confidential”. Receipt is not an admission of novelty and does not limit AIHFABS rights to contest related IP. Your relationship with AIHFABS is not a confidential or fiduciary relationship merely because you used the website.

09 — Limits

Warranties, liability, and governing law

Compatibility

AIHFABS is not responsible for your browser, device, software, or network, or for the timing or accuracy of data you send to or receive from the site.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify AIHFABS and its people against claims arising from your use of the site, your breach of these Terms, a submission that is illegal or infringing, or your violation of another person’s rights.

Disclaimer

Unless a signed writing says otherwise, AIHFABS provides the website and its content “as is” and “as available”. AIHFABS does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, merchantability, fitness, or non-infringement. Features may become unavailable at any time.

Liability cap for website use

You are responsible for whether the website suits you. AIHFABS is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages from website use, even if AIHFABS was told they were possible. AIHFABS total liability under these website Terms will not exceed USD 50. Some places do not allow certain exclusions; if those laws apply to you, some limits may not apply.

If AIHFABS cannot perform because of events beyond its reasonable control — including war, emergency, act of God, or work stoppage — that non-performance is excused for that period and is not a default.

Governing law

These Terms, and any separate agreement under which AIHFABS provides services, are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. A failure by AIHFABS to enforce a clause is not a waiver. If one clause is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. AIHFABS does not offer the site where doing so is illegal. You must file any claim about the website or these Terms within one year after it arises, or it is barred. These Terms and the pages they incorporate are the entire agreement on this subject.
