• How does supplier price comparison work?+

  After uploading and configuring your part, AIHFABS shows quotes from multiple certified suppliers side by side. Compare unit price, estimated lead time, material option, and supplier rating, then select the offer that best fits your budget and schedule. You can switch suppliers before checkout without re-uploading your file.

• How do I get an instant 3D printing quote?+

  Upload your 3D file on the homepage or Quote page, select material and process (or use our recommendations), configure quantity and 3D Plus™ options if needed, then compare prices from multiple verified suppliers. Your quote updates in real time based on geometry, material, and shipping destination.

• Which 3D file formats do you accept?+

  We accept mainstream formats including STL, STP, STEP, GLTF, OBJ, FBX, DAE, 3MF, BREP, and GCODE. Each file should be under 200 MB, and you can upload up to 50 files per batch on the quote page. STEP/STP files are recommended when you need higher dimensional accuracy for quoting CNC or precision 3D printing.

• Can I get samples before placing a production order?+

  Yes. We recommend ordering material samples or a small reference print when you are choosing between resins, nylons, or metal alloys for the first time. Sample swatches and simple test geometries help verify color, texture, strength, and fit before a full production run. Visit the Materials pages or contact support@aihfabs.com to request samples for your shortlisted materials.

• What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+

  For standard online 3D printing orders, there is typically no minimum quantity — you can order a single part or multiple copies directly through the quote cart. Pricing per unit may decrease at higher quantities depending on material and process. For specialty materials, oversized builds, or dedicated production slots, a minimum quantity or minimum order value may apply; any such requirement will be shown clearly in your quote before checkout.

• Can you provide material datasheets or catalogs?+

  Yes. Our Materials section includes detailed pages and downloadable datasheets (PDF) for many resins, nylons, metals, and engineering plastics. For a curated list relevant to your industry or application, contact support@aihfabs.com and our team will share recommended materials, process comparisons, and sample options. You can also explore the AIHFABS Blog and Lab sections for technical guides and test results.

• Can you fulfill requirements not listed on the website?+

  In most cases, yes. Many customers need custom materials, non-standard tolerances, specific surface finishes, or combined CNC and 3D printing workflows that are not shown as fixed catalog items. Send your 3D file (STL, STEP, STP, 3MF, etc.) with notes on material, quantity, and finish requirements, or email support@aihfabs.com with drawings and specifications. Our engineering team will review manufacturability and connect you with a partner that can produce your parts.

• Can you handle small-batch or production-volume orders?+

  Yes. AIHFABS supports everything from single prototypes to small-batch and repeat production runs. For standard online orders, you can adjust quantity directly in the quote cart. For larger volumes, multi-part assemblies, or recurring production schedules, our team and partner network can arrange dedicated capacity, consistent material lots, and optimized lead times.
